SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.Items are shipped via USPS priority mail.
2.All orders are packaged in archival sleeves.
3a.Prints designated as shipping in a mailing tube will be housed in a heavy-duty mailing tube. Buyer may request that the print be shipped flat.

3b.Prints designated as shipping flat are packaged in archival sleeves with archival matte backing board inside the sleeve. The sleeved print is then centered on foam-core board, then placed inside a box.
4.Items will ship within 3 weeks from order date.

Refund/Exchange/Warrantee/Cancellation policies:
1.There are no refunds, no warrantees, and no cancellations on any orders
2.Prints that are damaged when they arrive may be exchanged for the same item.
3.To qualify for an exchange of a damaged print the following criteria must be met:
We must be notified via email at printshop@amysol.com by the buyer within 3 days of the print being delivered to the buyer.
The damaged print/prints must be sent back to us in a postage paid envelope that we will send
to you within 10 business days. Upon our receiving the damaged print from you we will send out
your replacement merchandise within 15 business days.
4.Prints may not be exact representations of original artwork.
5.The visual appearance of prints on this website may differ from the actual print.
6.if an item you purchased is sold-out of stock, we will refund your order for the amount of the items that are out of stock.

No license is granted to reproduce, or copy the merchandise in any form or manner.
